Lemon - Moist lemon cake.

Pineapple - Moist cake with bits of real pineapple.

Sour Cream White Cake - A delightful traditional white cake.

Dreamsicle - Creamy orange flavored cake with bits of mandarin orange.

Almond Amaretto - Moist Amaretto cake with chopped almonds.

Italian Cream - Buttermilk cake with chopped pecans and shredded coconut.

Kahlua Fudge - A rich fudge cake with chocolate chips.

Strawberry - Moist cake with a real strawberry flavor.

Red Velvet - Velvety chocolate flavor with a classic red color.

Andes Mint - Rich chocolate cake with bits of Andes Mints pieces in the cake.

My signature buttercream, chocolate ganache or chocolate buttercream

Any of these fillings can go with any cake. (Use your imagination)

If you desire a flavor that you don't see here, just ask.  I can probably come up with it.

All of my cakes are covered with the my signature buttercream icing. 

If you would like Fondant, it is placed on top of the buttercream.  There is an additional cost for Fondant.  The Fondant that I use is very tasty and can be flavored to your liking.
